Art AI Tools is a directory and comparison platform for AI creative tools. We curate, organize, and present information about third-party products and services. We do not operate those third-party tools unless explicitly stated.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

You may submit tool listings, reviews, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit User Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights. We may review, edit, reject, or remove User Content at our discretion.

The Service, including its design, branding, text, graphics, and software (excluding User Content and third-party materials), is owned by String11, LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.

The Service may link to third-party websites, tools, and services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACCURATE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRING11, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless String11, LLC from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law applies. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
